Notes from the Paris Haute Couture Collections – Fall/Winter 2013     The June 30-July 4 haute couture offerings for fall winter 2013 proved to be well worth the trip to Paris. Aside from the beautiful collections from the established houses, some relative newcomers attracted some serious attention.
