Star-Studded TrevorLIVE Benefit to Honor Jane Lynch and Feature Kathy Griffin as Host

Along with a Sterling Line-Up of Stars from “GLEE” and More

Plus Live-Streamed Red Carpet PRE-SHOW

The Trevor Project seems to have outdone itself this year by amassing a super-impressive lineup of stars to perform and make special appearances at its gala annual fundraiser, TrevorLIVE.

The Performers: Adam Lambert, Megan Hilty, Beth Behrs, Amber Riley, Darren Criss, Mark Sailing, Cheyenne Jackson are scheduled to perform with Paula Abdul and Mandy Moore on hand to introduce Sia.

The Red Carpet Pre-Show: Even those who can’t get to the Hollywood Palladium will be treated to a good look at the stars, thanks to a 2-hour live pre-show, which will be streamed Sun., Dec. 8 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. PST (8:00-10:00 p.m. EST). 

Sponsored by Toyota and “What’s Trending?” – the Emmy-nominated service which highlights Youtube’s top videos and personalities – the red carpet pre-show will be available to stream at

The Host & Honorees: Kathy Griffin has been named this year’s host of TrevorLive Los Angeles, which will honor Jane Lynch, “youth innovator” Adam White and Toyota chief executive Mike Groff. Griffin holds the Guiness World Record for most stand-up specials by a comedian; Lynch stars in TV’s “GLEE.” 

More Stars: TrevorLIVE LA traditionally attracts attract a galaxy of stars and this year, those expected to make special appearances include Chris Colfer, Amber Riley, Melissa Benoist, Becca Tobin, Naya Rivera, Dot-Marie Jones, Blake Jenner, Alex Newell, Jacob Artist and Harry Shum, Jr.,  of “GLEE;” Brant Daugherty of “The Starving Game;” Sarah Michelle Gellar of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “The Crazy Ones;” Megan Hilty of “Smash” and “Sean Saves the World;” Hannah Simone of “New Girl;” Andrew Rannells of “Girls;” Alison Janney of “Mom” and “Masters of Sex;” Jennifer Coolidge of “Two Broke Girls;” NBA star Jason Collins; Josh Duhamel of “Transformers” and “Las Vegas;” James Wolk of “Political Animals;” and TV host Ricki Lake.  

The Gala Fundraiser: Taking place at the Hollywood Palladium, the star-studded affair raises funds for The Trevor Project, which provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.

Included are a dinner and show, produced by “So You Think You Can Dance Judge” Adam Shankman, whose directing/producing credits include “Rock of Ages,” “Hairspray,” “GLEE” and the 2010 Academy Awards.

In previous years, the event has honored Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Neil Patrick Harris, Vanessa Williams, Daniel Radcliffe, Cindy McCain and Griffin.
